In a pioneering initiative, the Canadian studio Ste Marie has meticulously designed and implemented three distinct yet interconnected hospitality venues situated at the base of a prominent residential tower in Edmonton, Alberta. These establishments, comprising the Va Caffè, Olia fine-dining Italian restaurant, and Mimi lounge, each offer a unique ambiance and gastronomic journey, collectively elevating the Citizen on Jasper development into a vibrant social and cultural focal point within the city center.

The Va Caffè, a bright and inviting daytime cafe, features a refreshing scheme of hunter green accents, rich walnut paneling, and bespoke furniture, harmoniously contrasted with crisp white walls and elegant beige tiles, creating an atmosphere of understated sophistication.
Moving to Olia, the day-to-night restaurant, a neutral decor predominates, with custom-designed wooden benches and tables bathed in a warm, inviting yellow light as evening descends. A striking sculptural host stand serves as a welcoming focal point, while subtly illuminated cube-shaped niches behind the bar elegantly display an array of liquors and glassware, enhancing the dining experience with refined visual details.
